Description:

Managers are often confronted with the need to manage substantial changes of many types in a cost effective and timely manner and project management methods are commonly chosen as the preferred method to accomplish these objectives. This course is intended to provide students with the knowledge and skills of project management through an integrated view of the concepts, skills, tools, and techniques involved in the management of projects. Course work includes the hands-on management of a project using popular project management software tools.
