Description:

Building from Guidance, Part II, this course continues to provide teachers with the opportunity to develop their leadership skills. This course is designed to assist teachers in developing strategies, organization, and programs in guidance, using school and community resources. Topics will include curriculum development and planning; marketing, coordinating and evaluating guidance services; advanced counselling practicum and business-industry-education practicum. Successful teachers will be recommended for the Ontario College of Teachers Additional Qualification GUID-SPEC.
