This course provides conceptual and methodological frameworks for leadership and administration related to the delivery of adult education programs. Students explore such questions as? ?How do you develop effective programs for adults,? ?How can you write successful program proposals,? ?How can you effectively supervise program and personnel,? ?How can you operate successfully within a larger organization like a School Board, College, or private sector company,? ?How do you negotiate with funding and accreditation agencies.?
