LEAD 1006 Concepts and Ethics of Aboriginal Leadership
Hours:Two hours of lecture and one hour of service learning per week for one term.
Description:Students are introduced to the concepts and ethics of leadership in First Nations contexts. Students explore both traditional and contemporary Aboriginal concepts of leadership, leadership qualities, and the ethical challenges that leaders face. Issues of judgment, cultural conflict, and successful representation of constituents will be discussed. This course includes a service learning component.
