Description:

An examination of the basic components of the practicum including functions, roles, responsibilities and related skills; field experiences conducted in the elementary schools for the equivalent of thirteen weeks throughout the academic year. Students are assigned to schools according to their selected divisions of concentration. Associate teachers are selected annually from the staffs of the public and separate schools and certain First Nations146 schools.
