Prerequisites:

SOCI 2016 and SOCI 2017. Restricted to students in the fourth year of the Honours Sociology or Honours Criminal Justice programs and who have completed 24 credits in Sociology and/or Criminal Justice.

Three hours of lecture per week for one term.

Through a close reading of original texts, this course provides a critical analysis of selected major themes and/or theorists within the sociological tradition.
