Prerequisites:
Twelve credits of 2000 level studio which must include 3 credits from
FAVA 2046,
FAVA 2416 or
FAVA 2417.

Four hours of studio work per week for one term.

Description:
In this course students will explore sculptural objects as vehicles for personal and social meaning. Students will learn to communicate spatially using a variety of sculptural methodologies. Students will engage in individualized research through direct material engagement within a collaborative studio setting. Self-reliance, collaboration, resourcefulness, and time management skills will be developed throughout the term. A combination of thematic and self-initiated projects will be assigned.
