PHED 3006 and 54 credits completed.

Restrictions:

Restricted to students enrolled in the Bachelor of Physical and Health Education program.

Hours:

One hour of lecture and two hours of tutorial per week for one term.

Description:

This course presents the principles of fitness, fitness prescription concepts, and methods of fitness appraisal. Students will gain practical experience in assessing individual fitness levels. Health assessment and lifestyle counseling will also be considered.
