Three hours of lecture per week for one term.

Description:

Students examine vulnerability as it pertains to the criminal justice system. Students learn about major vulnerable populations, such as;  young persons, older people, and persons from diverse cultural and linguistic backgrounds, persons with mental illness, addictions, autism, intellectual disabilities, the homeless, and various populations. Students examine the nature of the vulnerability, and discuss how the criminal justice system traditionally responds to this vulnerability.
