Description:
Students examine the relationship between physical activity and cancer. In the first part of the course, students explore the role of physical activity in the primary prevention of cancer. The second section of the course examines the potential utility of physical activity in the rehabilitation of cancer. The course concludes with discussion of current and future strategies for incorporating physical activity into the supportive care of cancer patients and survivors.
