PHED 2217 and 48 credits completed.

Restrictions:

Restricted to students enrolled in the Bachelor of Physical and Health Education program.

Hours:

Three hours of lecture per week and one hour of laboratory work every second week for one term.

Description:

Students examine the physiological systems that support human movement (e.g. the cardiovascular-respiratory, neuromuscular, and metabolic systems) as well as the acute and chronic effects of physical activity, the environment, and training upon these systems.
