Description:
This course expands upon the topics covered in
PSYC 2906 by considering the perceptual processing that arises from the sensory input previously examined in
PSYC 2906. The development of object perception, perceptual constancies, and distortions will be considered. The psychological procedures, from classical methods to modern signal detection concepts and techniques used to study perceptual processing will also be evaluated. This course may be credited towards Science.
