Description:

Students engage with theoretical research that focuses on the psychological aspects of life fulfillment. Students explore how human beings prosper and lead happy, healthy lives from a cultural, emotional and cognitive perspective. Students examine research related to mindfulness, empathy, love, friendship, achievement, creativity, spirituality and humor.
