Any 54 credits completed with 12 credits from the sciences.

Three hours of lecture and one hour of lab per week for one term.

Description:

Students study hydrologic processes and linkages to water quality, that include storage and movement of water, solutes and nutrients within varying landscapes and impacts of human activities. Field data collection, analytical techniques, environmental isotopes, and modeling approaches will be considered. The course can be taught together with ENST 5326 Topics in Environmental Hydrology with undergraduate students being subject to different assignments and evaluation criteria than graduate students.
