Three hours of lecture and three hours of laboratory work per week for one term.

Description:

This course focuses on understanding quantitative and qualitative research methodology in the behavioural and social sciences. Topics include basic research methodology and application, developing hypotheses, designing quasi- and experimental protocols, ethics, measurement concepts, survey research, qualitative methodologies (including but not limited to ethnographies, case studies, interviews, focus groups), ABA design and measurements (including but not limited to single-Ss, reversal, multiple baseline, and others). This course is also offered as PSYC 2026.
