MATH 1011 may not be credited towards any program requirements.

Description:

This course is appropriate for students who want to refresh their knowledge of basic mathematics. Students learn fundamentals of elementary mathematics required for successful studies in many areas of natural sciences, social sciences, and humanities. They develop problem-solving techniques and enhance their abilities in analytic reasoning. Students also learn how to use the methods and skills acquired in this course in their day-to-day lives. This course is equivalent to Grade 11 (Functions) course. The Final grade for this course is PASS/FAIL.
