Description:
Students explore principles of machine learning, artificial neural networks, deep learning, and their relationship to artificial intelligence. Students explore varied topics that include the following: mathematical foundations; fundamental neural network architectures; supervised and unsupervised learning; deep learning; analysis; interpretability and explainability; environmental and societal impact; and practical problem-solving applications.
