Prerequisites:

All NURS courses at the 1000 level with a mimimum grade of 60% or SAT, or enrollment in the RPN to BScN Program; BIOL 1011 and BIOL 2707

Corequisites:

NURS 2026 or NURS 2106

Antirequisites:

NSGD 2016

Hours:

Three hours of lecture per week for one term.

Description:

This course focuses on the critical thinking strategies required to provide nursing care for acutely ill clients. Students will learn to develop a holistic approach to caring for clients with common health risks.
