Description:

Students explore and apply concepts central to nursing practice in high acuity settings. They develop knowledge and skill in a range of competencies associated with high acuity nursing practice. The role of the Registered Nurse in providing care to patients in high acuity settings within the context of interprofessional team practice is examined.
