Description:

Students explore nursing evidence-based literature regarding healthy work environments. Students examine and apply leadership and management best practices for promoting a positive practice environment. Concepts explored include workplace health, safety, and mental and physical well-being of the nurse; effective staffing and workload practices; principles of transformational leadership; leading and managing change.
