Description:

Students conduct an in-depth analysis of different sources of financing for entrepreneurial firms including bank loans, government funding, angels, venture capital, private equity and others and what is the process of obtaining access to these sources. Shortterm financial planning and cash management are considered crucial for early stages of entrepreneurial firm’s development. The capital structure problems in entrepreneurial (small and –medium sized) firms are explored.
