Restricted to students enrolled in the Bachelor of Physical and Health Education program.

Three hours of lecture per week for one term.

Description:

Students study the basic principles of exercise screening, testing, and training for normal healthy individuals and for those with chronic diseases (e.g. cardiovascular disease, metabolic disease, respiratory disease, etc.).
