Description:

Students study the issues which arise in the management of digital systems. Specific topics include digital technologies (e.g. Virtual Reality, BlockChain, etc.) and the impact of digital systems (e.g. databases, websites, apps, etc.) on organizations and society. There is particular attention on the use of digital systems, from personal to organizational architecture, to achieve a competitive advantage. Students also explore different data visualization techniques to effectively communicate analysis results.
