Description:
Students apply and expand the principles and concepts learned in PHED 2056 Injury Prevention and Care to recognize, assess, care for, and rehabilitate common injuries occurring in sports. Practical skills and methods of assessment and adhesive strapping are emphasized and refined as students participate in a fifty-hour, non-paid service learning experience working as a student trainer with a varsity team.
