Description:

Teacher candidates will demonstrate leadership in the application of theories of early childhood development, and in the understanding and application of conceptual frameworks for early childhood education. This course will focus on leadership; modeling best practices; creating and writing programming; networking; implementing current technology; a variety of reflective practices; assessment and evaluation; an understanding of the Ministry of Education and district board policies and guidelines as they relate to the Early Learning Kindergarten Program.
