NURS 3017, NURS 3116, NURS 3706, and NURS 3516 with a minimum grade of 60% or SAT and MATH 1267

NURS 3707

NURS 4447; NURS 3217; NSGD 2029

This course is restricted to students in the on-campus BScN program or the on-campus RPN-BScN program

Description:

Students increase their knowledge of internal and external variables that impact on maternal and children's health. Students explore concepts and appropriate theories to describe and explain healthcare related to maternity and pediatric care. Simulation practice facilitates application of theoretical concepts and skill development. Discussion and dialogue assists students to relate theory to practice to care situations.
