PHED 3006 and 48 credits completed.

Restrictions:

Restricted to students enrolled in the Bachelor of Physical and Health Education program.

Hours:

Two hours of lecture and two hours of laboratory work per week for one term.

Description:

Students examine in further detail the concepts presented in Exercise Physiology I. More specifically, students study the physiological principles that are critical to successful athletic performance (especially at an elite level) and critically evaluate scientific literature relating to exercise and sport performance.
