PHED 3026 or PHED 2036; 48 credits completed.

Restrictions:

Restricted to students enrolled in the Bachelor of Physical and Health Education program.

Hours:

Two hours of lecture and two hours of laboratory work per week for one term.

Description:

Students apply and expand the principles and concepts learned in PHED 3026 Biomechanics I to examples of exercise and activities of daily living.
