PHED 2026 and 48 credits completed.

Restrictions:

Restricted to students enrolled in the Bachelor of Physical and Health Education program.

Hours:

Three hours of lecture per week for one term.

Description:

Students explore the practical application of psychological skills and strategies to sport and related performance domains. Through critical analysis of theory and research, students will examine ethical and practical issues related to the development and assessment of mental skills training programs for specific populations. Students also gain practical experience implementing psychological skills training principles.
