SOCI 5217 Quantitative Analysis
Prerequisites:
SOCI 2127 or equivalent.
Students without an intermediate-level statistics course (such as
SOCI 4127 at Nipissing University) beyond the introductory level will require the permission of the Department before registering in this course.
Restrictions:
Restricted to students in the MA in Sociology.
Hours:
Two hours of lecture and one hour of lab per week for one term.

Description:
Students use advanced multivariate statistical techniques to analyze large-scale survey data, with an emphasis on interpretation and communication of results.
