Description:
Criminological argumentation and a human rights framework are used to present histories of race and racialization that, in turn, help deconstruct contemporary issues related to the policing and ‘correcting’ of racialized people (as well as their cultural practices, traditions, etc.) and the difficulty of defining and identifying justice within Canada.
