Description:

Teacher candidates critically examine power and marginality using various theories and worldviews to inform understanding of educational systems, embodied teaching and learning, approaches, and classroom practices. Teacher candidates explore the ways that gender, sexuality, social class, ethnicity, language, culture, religion, ageism, environmentalism, etc., impact students' and educators' identities, learning, and potential.
