Description:
This systematic technique course is a lecture-lab course that covers the use of digital satellite data (optical, infrared and radar) for resource mapping and environmental monitoring. The laboratory component is computer-based and will include an orientation to digital data, image interpretation, image preprocessing (radiometric & geometric), image enhancement, image classification and change detection. This course is also offered as ENSC 3066.
