Post-Baccalaureate Diploma in Finance


(Pending approval from the Ministry of Training, Colleges and Universities)

Graduation Requirements:

In order to graduate with the Post-Baccalaureate Diploma in Finance, students must obtain a minimum overall average of 60% on all courses presented for the diploma.  A minimum of 30 credits must be taken with Nipissing University to satisfy residency requirements.


Program Requirements:

To graduate with a Post-Baccalaureate Diploma in Finance, students must complete 60 credits as follows:

ACCT 1107 Introductory Financial Accounting II 3 cr.
ADMN 1607 Business Mathematics 3 cr.
ECON 1006 Introduction to Microeconomics 3 cr.
MKTG 1126 Marketing Concepts 3 cr.
ORGS 1136 Introduction to Organizational Behaviour 3 cr.
ACCT 2146 Management Accounting and Control I 3 cr.
ADMN 2136 Research in Management                                                          3 cr.
ADMN 2167 Business Decision Making 3 cr.
ADMN 2306 Business Ethics 3 cr.
ADMN 2307 Commercial Law 3 cr.
ADMN 2606 Business Statistics 3 cr.
ADMN 4606      Business Strategy and Policy I                                   3 cr.

Area of Concentration requirements:
